We currently offer two types of services:
Full service property management
Fees: ½ of first month’s rent (applicable only if home is vacant) for the leasing of the property
8% per month of the gross monthly rent thereafter

Lease Up

(We will do the marketing, showing, screening, and lease signing for your property, and you will take over management of the property after tenant is acquired and lease is signed)
Fee: Equal to one month’s rent
